Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY I understand that life happens. As long as you’re transparent with me that you will not be showing up to your appointment in a timely manner, moving your deposit to another day and time is doable. ANY CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 48 HRS OF YOUR APPT OR NO SHOW WILL BE CHARGED 25% OF THE BOOKED SERVICE. ALL DEPOSITS GO TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE. THEY ARE NON REFUNDABLE IF CANCELLATION POLICY IS NOT ABIDE. A $25 deposit through Venmo/cashapp can be used to send your deposit and hold your slot. I will confirm my information upon booking. I take cash Venmo or cash app for the remainder of your payment. LATE POLICY Please be advised that there is a 5 min grace period if you are late. After 10 min your service will be an additional $10. After 20 min I will have to reschedule your appointment if I am unable to complete the service in a timely manner. You will also forfeit your deposit SHOP POLICY Confirmation texts will be sent out. Please Keep In Mind The Confirmation Text is not an obligation its a Courtesy. It Is Your Responsibility To Remember Your Nail Appointment.
